1. The 10 Commandments (Exodus 20:1-17 KJV):
1. Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
2. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.
3. Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.

5. Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.

Ce chapelet ce récite après le rosaire et il débute comme un chapelet ordinaire.
Vous faites un Signe de croix et vous dites : « Au nom du Père, et du Fils et du Saint Esprit. Amen. »
Sur la croix, vous récitez un Je Crois en Dieu.
Sur le premier grain, vous récitez un Notre Père.
Sur les trois grains suivants, vous récitez un Je vous Salue Marie (donc 3 fois).Sur l’espace, avant la médaille, vous récitez le Gloire soit au Père.
Vous commencez chaque dizaine (ou gros grain) du chapelet de cette façon :« Père Éternel, je vous offre le Sacré-Cœur de Jésus et le Cœur Immaculé de Marie pour le salut de nos âmes, de nos familles et du monde entier. »
Ensuite, sur chacun des 10 petits grains, vous dites :
« Sacré-Cœur de Jésus, ayez pitié de nous. Cœur Immaculé de Marie, priez pour nous. »
À la fin du chapelet, sur la médaille, vous récitez le Gloire soit au Père (3 fois) Vous terminez avec leSigne de croix et vous dites : « Au nom du Père, et du Fils et du Saint Esprit. Amen. »
